Shipping Policy
SASQUATCHIN' APPAREL SHIPPING POLICYNorthWest Firestarters is proud to offer shipping to both Canada and the USA. Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days and shipped via our preferred carrier, depending on the destination and order size. Shipping times may vary based on location and while unlikely, it can take up to 14 business days for delivery. Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost.
For Sasquatchin' Apparel custom products, the production time can be 2-5 business days, and then it will ship separately from any other non-custom products. If you have Sasquatchin' Apparel and other NorthWest Firestarters products as part of the same order, you will receive multiple tracking numbers.
Please Note: Many of our products offer local delivery; however, Sasquatchin' Apparel (excluding Toques/Beanies/Winter Hats) can only be shipped.
USA Customers – Duties and Import Taxes:Products may be shipped from Canada, and depending on the value, duties may be charged, including a brokerage fee administered by USPS.

We believe that it's important to take care of the environment while providing our customers with the best possible service.

Return Policy
We have a 28-day return policy for our non-custom products, which means you have 28 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

For Sasquatchin' Apparel custom products, returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind. However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we offer a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 28 days of product delivery.
For items sent to you incorrectly or damaged due to carrier mishandling, NorthWest Firestarters will pay for the cost of the return shipping label. However, if you changed your mind or ordered the wrong product, you will be responsible for the shipping costs to return the product to NorthWest Firestarters and for the shipping costs for new merchandise to be sent back to you.
Date of Product Delivery is the date the shipping carrier marked the item as delivered, rather than the date you received it or opened the package.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right..

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) except where it applies with Sasquatchin' Apparel products shown above and in the Sasquatchin' Apparel return policy, and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
We cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
